AI & The Future of Work: What Every MBA Needs to Know

Artificial intelligence (AI) is already influencing how people interact with the world. While the World Economic Forum predicts more jobs will be created than destroyed by AI, job displacement will disproportionately impact low- and medium-wage workers. Through the strategic deployment of AI and training to prepare employees for in-demand skills, businesses can prepare themselves and their workers for this transition.
